Work processes in a Product Team. Working with Development Team.
YES! You've made the Product Team. Developers, designers, frontend, backend, and associate teams. Many novice PMs think that it's enough to put forth a task and establish some deadlines, and then just periodically poke everyone to keep working. But this isn't a managerial approach, but rather one of a client. The manager is an important part of the team and the project as a whole; he or she plays on the team's side, and the manager needs to make huge contributions for the team to get good results.

Another important point: some tasks can be tested or even implemented without even involving the team. It's good when the manager knows how to use the simplest tools and can put together a landing page in a day without anyone's help, rather than getting the designer and developer involved and using up two man-months. Let's take a look at these tools and learn how to use them.
